Medium ornate bird cage

Description

An ornate bird cage made in Japan from painted paper.  It is delicate but more sturdy than you think.

I was advised by the maker that the paper can be cut to give an opening if you wished to display a plant inside.

the base is loose, so plants or a bird can be put inside
