A Regency Breakfast table and 2 chairs, upholstered in a self-colour cream stripe satin. The chairs have a barley twist back, each one hand carved which is a unique feature of David's furniture. The seat cushions match the Chaise Longue material also by David and could therefore be arranged in the lady's boudoir. Breakfast was an important meal in Georgian times as lunch had yet to be defined. It would consist of the remains of the previous evening's meal and inevitably a hearty start to the new day.
